When booking a theatre ticket, guests can immediately reserve an intermission package – if the show has an intermission – or a seat before or after the show when they book their theater ticket. Van den Broek: \u00ab\u00a0Of course we want to welcome everyone, but our focus is on theater guests. Some guests book directly through the website, others by e-mail or phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00ab\u00a0We receive everything clearly in the Guestplan reservation system. At a glance, I can see all the reservations and the details per table – for example, when guests arrive via management. Van den Broek has been using Guestplan for years: \u00ab\u00a0I’ve been working with it since the DeLaMar opened.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My employees are also happy with it; it is a solid and accessible system without any fuss.

The lines of communication are short and there is no big commercial philosophy behind it.
