When all tables are booked, guests can now join a waitlist and get notified the moment a table becomes available due to cancellations. This allows restaurants to quickly fill last-minute openings and avoid lost revenue from empty tables.

By offering guests the option to join a waitlist, restaurants can maximize bookings and ensure their dining rooms remain full, even with unexpected changes. The Waitlist feature is available in our Business and Ultimate plans, helping you keep your restaurant running at full capacity and making the most of every reservation opportunity.
